It is warm and spicy in nature and has a high concentration of cinnamaldehyde. Cassia oil is famous for its intense cinnamon-like aroma, and is widely used in flavouring, perfumery, aromatherapy, and traditional medicine. Major price fluctuations were witnessed this year. The highest price was observed in March, while July saw the lowest.
